Localities include: Panama, Venezuela, Colombia, Guatemala, Ecuador, French Guiana, Dutch Guiana (now known as Suriname), British Guiana (now known as Guyana), Bolivia, Jamaica,Trinidad and other unnamed Caribbean islands.
