This field book contains a catalogue of specimen numbered 3301-4404 which Chittenden collected or which was collected by others and numbered according to Chittenden's directions between approximately 2 July 1914 to 13 June 1919. Chittenden and his colleagues collected Lepidoptera (including Noctuidae), Hemiptera (including Aphididae and Aleyrodidae), Hymenoptera (including Chalcididae), and other insect groups, many or all of which are parasitic.
