Abstract

This item refers to 4 field books of Dennis L. Stadel, Robert S. Standen,and Alan H. Anderson from their work with the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program on Kure Island, 1964-1965. Envelope 1 contains a field book by Dennis L. Stadel that includes lists of banding data (with band numbers 587-58842 to 737-94568); bird and seal counts; and field notes. Envelope 2 contains a second field book by Dennis L. Stadel. It contains field notes; bird and seal counts; and lists of banding data (597-84033 to 737-92618). Envelope 3 contains a field book by Robert S. Standen. The book contains temperature readings, humidity readings, and evaporation data. Also included are bird, chick and egg counts. Envelope 4 contains a field book by Alan H. Anderson that includes banding data (with band numbers 587-57090 to 737-90730); bird and nest counts; and seal counts.
