Abstract

This item refers to 3 field books of Cameron B. Kepler and Robert R. Fleet from their work with the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program on Kure Island, 1964-1965. Envelope 1 consists of a field book of Cameron B. Kepler,with field note entries; bird counts; seal data; and bird banding data (with band numbers 597-84051 to 737-94587). Envelope 2 consists of a field book by Robert R. Fleet that includes bird counts indicated with tally marks; and some banding data (with band numbers 737-91578 to 737-98413). The book also includes a folded map of Baker Island. Envelope 3 contains a field book of Cameron B. Kepler that includes field notes on birds and seals; bird banding notes and data; and bird counts indicated with tally marks.
