Abstract

This item refers to 7 field books by L. N. Huber, D. I. Hoff, J. H. Fitch, and J. P. Tordoff from their work with the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program on Popoia Island, 1966-1968. Envelope 1 contains a field book by L. N. Huber that includes lists of banding data (with band numbers 544-45306 to 652-42131). Envelope 2 contains a field book by an unknown author that includes band numbers 544-45309 to 645-19327. Envelope 3 contains the unbound field notes of D. I. Hoff including documentation of trapping activities on Popoia Island. Envelope 4 contains a single page by D. I. Hoff with a count of Wedge-tailed shearwaters. Envelope 5 contains unbound field notes of D. I. Hoff with banding and returns data listing band numbers 544-45417 to 705-12573. Envelope 6 contains the unbound field notes of J. H. Fitch that include a sera list with band numbers 705-11191 to 705-11143. Envelope 7 contains a single page of bird counts by J. P. Tordoff.
