Abstract

This item is composed primarily of lists of plant and animal specimens observed or collected by Bailey in Wisconsin, Oregon, and Nevada from May 5-August 25, 1927. Specimen are typically identified by scientific or common name. The item also includes notes related to trapping beaver and muskrat specimens. Localities include: Huron Mountains, Antigo, Jordan Valley, Malheur Valley (now known as Malheur Canyon), Klamath Falls, Blitzen Valley, Rogue River Valley, Owyhee Valley (now known as Owyhee Canyon ), Fallon and Winnemucca.
