Abstract

This field book is comprised of Bailey's narrative notes documenting fieldwork throughout the United States, November 16, 1935-January 7, 1937. The bulk of the dated entries describe his research on trapping mammals in and around the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge in Oklahoma. The notebook also contains some entries documenting work in California in the vicinity of San Marcos and San Diego.
