Abstract

This record refers to 2 field books, authors unknown, created for the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program, Leewards-Pearl and Hermes, 1963-1964. Envelope 1 contains a field book of bird nest data from work conducted on Pearl and Hermes Reef and Southeast Island. Nest data include species name, band numbers, egg count,dates observed, and some brief field notes. Envelope 2 contains a field book from work conducted on Pearl and Hermes Reef. The book contains bird banding lists with band numbers 527-65504 to 737-35163. The lists includes species; sex is indicated for some.
