Description

This accession consists of the papers of Roy S. Clarke, Jr., a noted authority on meteorites, was Curator and Curator Emeritus in the National Museum of Natural History, Department of Mineral Sciences. Major topics include; the Old Woman Meteorite; the Port Orford Meteorite; the Allende Meteorite; Antarctic meteorites; and the Prairie Meteorite Network. Materials include correspondence, brochures, pamphlets, photographs, negatives, drawings, maps, transparencies, articles, field notes, lecture notes, clippings, and related materials.
