Description

This accession is primarily comprised of field notes and identification lists for specimen numbers 29101-32780, collected and observed by Leonard J. Brass, J. D. Collins, J. J. Havel and others in Papua New Guinea in 1959 for the "Sixth Archbold Expedition to New Guinea". It is contained in four folders. Two folders of typed field notes, and two folders contain identification lists and correspondence. The accession includes correspondence with Dan H. Nicolson and Wallace R. Ernst both of whom worked at the National Museum of Natural History, Department of Botany.
