Description

This collection contains field notes created by Edmund Heller, originally maintained by the National Museum of Natural History, Division of Birds. This collection contains three items related to the Smithsonian-Roosevelt African Expedition: a 1909-1910 list of specimens Heller and J. Alden Loring collected; 1909 itineraries and journal transcripts; and miscellaneous notes from 1909-1910. Not cataloged is a typescript copy of a journal from the Rainey African Expedition, 1911-1912.
