Biographical History

Tina Clapp (born Tina Abbott), born in 1938, worked a an illustrator, in particular on seabirds. She illustrated. for instance, the book Seabirds Of The Tropical Atlantic Ocean (by George E. Watson, published by the Smithsonian Press in 1966. She worked for the Smithsonian Institution, for the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program. Records of her work can be found among the records of this program (SIA Acc. 83-126).
