Biographical History

O. Lloyd Meehean worked for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) and its predecessor, the Bureau of Fisheries, beginning in 1930. He was appointed chief of the USFWS Division of Game-Fish and Hatcheries in 1945.
