Biographical History

Harold Elmer Anthony (1890-1970) conducted fieldwork and wrote in the field of mammalogy about Puerto Rico and the Americas. His field work for the United States Department of Agriculture in Montana and the northwestern United States, 1909-1911, is documented in the Division of Mammals, National Museum of Natural History.
