Biographical History

William Henry Fox (1857-1921) was an ornithologist who collected in New York and Tennessee. More information about Fox is available in an obituary on pages 493-494, volume 52, number 4, The Auk. Fox is not to be confused with the William Henry Fox who was director of the Brooklyn Museum.
