Biographical History

Howard Walton Clark earned an A.B. (1896) and A.M. (1902) in botany from Indiana University. He went on to become Curator of Ichthyology for the California Academy of Sciences. He also worked in botany and co-authored "The Snakes of the Lake Maxinkuckee Region" (Proceedings of the Indiana Academy of Sciences, volumes 24-26, pp. 337-348).
