Biographical History

Havel contributed botanical specimens to the "Sixth Archbold Expedition to [Papua] New Guinea" in 1959. The directors of the expeditions include Richard Archbold, Archbold Van Beuren, Adrian Archbold, Harold E. Anthony, Joseph J. Mulholland, and Richard J. Van Gelder and the expeditions were associated with the Archbold Biological Station in Lake Placid, Florida.
