- Calling all foodies! I recently wasted many hours of my day perusing an archive of 1920s menus from the LA Public Library for an upcoming Great Gatsby party (um, Consommé Tapioco Royale anyone?). I had so much fun, I figured I should share a few other menu databases I came across recently at Colorado College, The Culinary Institute of America, and the University of Washington.
