Summary

The George Washington Bicentennial Exhibition of commemorative paintings and sculpture at the National Gallery of Art, now the National Museum of American Art, in the Natural History Building, from March 26 to November 24,1932. Photo of southeast corner of the exhibit room features assorted small sculptures on high pedestals, foreground and rear right. Murals were installed on upper courtyard walls to be viewed above the exhibition for the occasion.
