The Central Hall of the National Gallery, now NMAA, in the NMNH, December 1922. The photograph shows a wide passage at end of building. Small busts and statuary on pedestals line the corridor along with exhibit cases. On the left, there is a case displaying a knight's suit of armor with weapons, in the next case there is an exhibit of several urns and a bust. Following the exhibit cases is a statue of Napoleon Bonaparte, and just beyond that the statue of a Roman soldier is seen further down the corridor. The two statues stand before pillars demarcating a passageway to the next room where a few paintings can be seen.
