Color photochrom postcard of the Arts and Industries Building. The image shows the north front of the building. The "Syrian Sarcophagus" can be seen to the right of the entrance. The sky is clear and the street in front of the building is empty. The postcard is unused, but the message side has a printed note: "Arts and Industries Building, Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D.C., containing exhibits pertaining to arts and engineering, American history, and aeronautics."
