A man is crouching outside of Soko's enclosure, and Soko is sitting with one of his legs through the cage to allow the man to trim his nails. The front of the postcard has a white border. The postcard is unused, but the message side has a printed note about the image: "Soko, the chimpanzee, having his nails trimmed."
