Presentation with anthropologists Betty J. Meggers and Clifford Evans, sixth Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution Alexander Wetmore, Assistant Secretary for Science Dr. Sidney R. Galler, and Dr. Ramiro Matos, professor of anthropology at the Universidad Nacional de Centro del Peru, Huancayo; Barbershop quartets perform outside of the Museum of Natural History as part of a summer concert series featuring chapters of the Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barber Shop Quartet Singing in America, Inc. (SPEBSQSA), now known as the Barbershop Harmony Society.
