Agreeably to the annexed request, signed by five members of the General Committee of the Columbian Institute, you will please to call a [[underlined]] special [[/underlined]] meeting of the Institute, on the 15th day of the present month, at 6 oclock PM., to be held in a room in the General Post Office Building, "to consider on the propriety of altering the Constitution and for other purposes".
