PrintThis collection contains field notes and a report created by Allen J. Duvall, originally maintained by the National Museum of Natural History, Division of Birds. Field notes and other materials within this collection relate to the American-Cuban Ornithological Commission survey on migratory birds Duvall conducted for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service with Dr. Abelardo Moreno (Cuban member of the Commission) and Thomas D. Burleigh (Smithsonian). Duvall was taking the place of his colleague, Frederick C. Lincoln. Only field notes in this collection are cataloged. Uncataloged materials include a folder of receipts, tourist papers, and administrative materials relating to the survey.
