Abstract

The volume documents the field work of Robert J. Horodyski in California and Nevada, 1988. Begins with an itinerary for January 1 to 24, 1988, that lists location and mileage. Dated entries describe locations where collected, routes traveled, terrain observed, characteristics of specimens (e.g. RH88-1-3-1 to RH88-15-4) that include stromatolites. Locations include Pahrump Valley in California, and Horse Thief Springs, Kingston Range. Also includes a photocopy of field notes for specimens RH87-7-14-1 to RH88-1-3-8.
