Abstract

The hydrographic sheet no. 1576 documents collecting of sea bottom specimens from Nash Island to Cross Island in Maine, July 24 to October 23, 1883. Lt. E. M. Hughes and Lt. Com'd'r A. S. Snow, U.S.N., was commanding the party. The table of data includes date, section number, locality with latitude and longitude including minutes and seconds, fathoms,and appearance.
