This collection comprises the botanical field notes of United States Department of Agriculture field naturalist Vernon Orlando Bailey from his travels in South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, Texas, New Mexico, Washington, and California from 1894-1908.
