Description

This collection is series 2 of "Charles Elmer Resser Papers, 1912-1942 and undated". Field notes cover Resser's field work on paleontology and geology of the United States, Europe, and Canada. Resser collected fossils from the Dovician, Ordovician, upper Cambrian, Cambrian, Caradoc, Ozarkian, and possibly other periods. Resser was an expert in Stratigraphic Paleontology, which is reflected by many of his sketches and notes on the stratigraphy of ht sites visited.
